Mother’s Day Delight

Ingredients
4 cups of coffee
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup of white sugar
¼ cup of boiling water
3 cups of crushed ice
½ cup of cream
DIRECTIONS
Refrigerate coffee and mugs for 30 minutes. Stir vanilla and sugar in boiling water until dissolved. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put ice evenly in chilled mugs. Pour coffee evenly in each mug, top off with cream and sugar mix to suit your tastes.
